So, rather than dwell on all the crap and sit here and complain (while my knee throbs from it's recent dislocation) I'm going to take this post in another direction...
A good friend and former roommate recently introduced me to the lady that wrote the book on happiness. And to prove it, here it is:
Okay, okay, so she didn't literally introduce me to the lady that wrote the book on happiness, but she did introduce me to the book. I thought it sounded like a "somewhat good idea" but that's as far as it went until I realized that amongst the misery that my challenges are providing I was going to need to work it out and find happiness anyway. So now I have this book...and in addition to reading it, I'm going to start my own happiness project.
