Good Deals before Christmas
I braved the crowds at Walmart today to do some price matching (I toyed with waiting until tomorrow morning but I just don't want to get up early and rush off to the store...) When I first got there it wasn't all that crowded...I assume a lot of people were home feeding the little kids lunch...but by the time I was done...WOAH NELLY! From now on I will need to be getting to the store WAY earlier. The good news is, I had a very nice woman for a checker and she was fast... Here's what I got and what I paid:

Sorry to rain on your parade, but the nuts were LONG gone when I went yesterday and it was "while supplies last"...but GREAT job on your price matching! You are a brave woman to do that at Walmart! :)
ReplyDeleteKim, they got another shipment in today...and as of about 8:30 tonight they hadn't unloaded it yet but I was able to get 12 jars. It will all be unloaded tomorrow morning so if you hurry they will probably still have some (hopefully you will see this post...)
ReplyDeletePost your tilapia recipe. WE LOVE TILAPIA! I got a great deal on mine at walmart this week too! What I hate here is that MILK NEVER GOES ON SALE. IT is between 3.41 and 3.98 a gallon...always.....we have had to cut way down on our milk consumption, which is about killing NIck....
