Good Deals before Christmas

I braved the crowds at Walmart today to do some price matching (I toyed with waiting until tomorrow morning but I just don't want to get up early and rush off to the store...)  When I first got there it wasn't all that crowded...I assume a lot of people were home feeding the little kids lunch...but by the time I was done...WOAH NELLY!  From now on I will need to be getting to the store WAY earlier.  The good news is, I had a very nice woman for a checker and she was fast...  Here's what I got and what I paid:

• 4 GV Applesauce (1.46--not on sale but Braden eats a lot of it, so it's necessary)
• 10 lbs. butter (1.50)
• 4 jars Planter's peanuts (1.38)
• 2 doz. eggs (1.25)
• 3 gal. milk (1.57)
• 8 boxes Nabisco Snack Crackers (.48--plus I have a $10 rebate, so these were technically free)
• 4 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (.48)
• 2 Nestles Mini Chocolate Chips (.88)
• 3 bags Hershey's Baking Chips (1.24)
  
• 3 Kellogg's Corn Flakes (.67)
• 12 Swanson Chicken Broth (.42)
• 2 3-lb. bags of Clementines (2.98)
• 4 bags Rhodes Rolls (2.28)
• 1 lb. mini carrots (1.00)
• 1 celery bunch (.48)
• 3 bell peppers (.25 each)
• 6 lbs. Tilapia fillets (1.99/lb.--a GREAT price for fish and I have a FABULOUS recipe that only takes 10 minutes...maybe I'll even post it?)
• 2 20-oz. bottles Olay Quench lotion --7.77 but FREE after rebate

I spent $75.73...and I really need to figure out how to tell how much I saved with my price matching and coupons...but for now I'm not sure how to do that.  Off of that total, I will be sending in for $25.54 worth of rebates, so that makes this grocery shopping trip a screaming success!  I will be heading to Smith's later hopefully to pick up some Emerald Nuts for .50 apiece...
